Over the past two decades K-8 has been instrumental in training of young pilots onto Advance Jet Training. K-8 is equipped with Instrument Landing System (ILS), AHRS, TACAN, Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) and glass cockpit.






K-8 is single engine, low-wing, fully aerobatic basic/advance jet trainer. It is powered by GARRETT TFE731-2A-2A engine, capable of

producing 3600lbs of static thrust. The aircraft can also be used in Close Air Support (CAS) role by employment of 23mm gun (with 80 rounds)

on centre line point. Four under wing hardpoints can also be used for carrying bombs, rocket missiles and fuel tanks.
